Terms of Use

These terms cover free test access to Estate Control. Paid commercial terms will be published separately before paid plans are launched.

1. Service status

Estate Control is provided as a free web platform for rental operations: properties, tenants, leases, acts, billing, files and related workflows.

The service may change, update or be temporarily limited without a paid SLA while access remains free.

Users must provide accurate data and keep account access secure.
Users must not disrupt the service, bypass restrictions, upload malicious files or violate law or third-party rights.
Landlords are responsible for the lawful entry of tenant, lease, file and related data into the service.

User data and uploaded materials remain with the user or relevant rightsholders.

The operator uses such data to operate the service, provide support, maintain security and enforce these terms.

The service does not replace legal, accounting, tax or technical review.

Free access is provided as is to the maximum extent permitted by law. Access may be restricted for violations, security risks or maintenance.
